A 2 hour sensory experience in the sauna using foraged scrubs, traditional leaf whisks, and therapeutic oils. Begin with breathwork to relax and open the respiratory system, incorporating sound and scents. Then immerse yourself in the contrast of heat and cold with multiple rounds in and out of the sauna, bringing in nature with the whisks to direct the steam and release muscle tension. Sauna whisks are used by tapping and brushing the skin to increase circulation and enrich the skin with natural oils and vitamins released from the leaves of the whisks. These invigorating sauna ceremonies allow you to come into your body with confidence, let go of mental stress, and just simply be.
