Our Thursday Club Sauna Sessions provide a relaxed atmosphere for connecting with others. Enjoy meaningful conversations and forge genuine friendships while experiencing the rejuvenating benefits of hot and cold therapy. It’s a refreshing alternative to traditional socialising, allowing you to unwind and engage with others in a healthy, mindful way. Join us for a unique experience that revitalises both body and spirit! Thursday Club Sauna Sessions are held every Thursday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Session Schedule: Session 1: 4:00 PM - 4:55 PM Session 2: 5:00 PM - 5:55 PM Session 3: 6:00 PM - 6:55 PM Session 4: 7:00 PM - 7:55 PM If a session is fully booked, let us know, and we’ll do our best to open additional slots. Cancellation Policy
Thursday Club Memberships allow members to book one session per week in our exclusive Thursday Club sessions. To ensure fair availability, a £10 fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or for missed bookings.
