However, as a small, community-focused sauna, late cancellations and no-shows—especially within 48 hours of your session—make it difficult for us to offer those spaces to others. To help keep things fair and sustainable, we kindly ask for a £10 fee in these cases. This is outlined in our cancellation policy, which can be found in our terms and conditions
