• Returns: Tŷ Sawna will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. To return your item(s):

2. Your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receipt.

• Exchanges: Tŷ Sawna accepts exchanges for unworn items with tags intact if the order is shipped back within 14 days of purchase. Orders purchased during a site-wide sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Items purchased during promotional periods are non refundable. Ty Sawna is not responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We want your clothes to last and live a life well loved so we only source the best organic cotton garments. On average each order will take around 7 to 14 days to process.
• All your orders are sent first class via Royal Mail.
• International Shipping: Please allow an extra 14 days for us to arrange international shipping arrangements. Postage costs will vary and we might contact you for further shipping charges.
