Join us for a grounding breathwork session guided by the incredible Chris Davies, followed by a serene sauna experience under the enchanting glow of the full moon. Engage in self discovery and deep relaxation as the evening unfolds. Explore the depths of your breath and connect with the energy of the full moon during our breathwork session. Then, immersing yourself in the calming sauna session with our homemade salt scrubs, allowing yourself to unwind and rejuvenate amidst the lunar radiance. Don't forget to bring your blankets and flasks with a warm drink to cosy up around the fire afterwards (weather permitting). Let's share stories, warmth and connection under the starry skies.
