What to Expect

A 55 minute private sauna hire for up to 10 people. To get the most out of your experience, we recommend spending no more than 10-15 minutes per round in the sauna, then dipping into the sea, cooling off with a water bucket or just stepping out into the cold air for a short time - then repeat! This way you will gain the full benefits of hot to cold exposure.
